How does iPhone Duo Finder work?

You choose a country, an Apple Store and what you want to be alerted about. We regularly check that store's public in-store pickup availability and email you as soon as it shows iPhone Duo stock.

How much does it cost?

A one-off £5 for an alert when any iPhone Duo configuration is available at your store, or £10 for an alert only when your exact storage and colour is available. There is no subscription.

Do Apple Stores get new stock every day?

Apple Stores receive deliveries regularly, often daily, and pickup availability changes through the day. That is why checking automatically beats refreshing by hand.

Am I guaranteed an iPhone Duo?

No. We tell you when your store shows stock, but popular models can sell out within minutes. The fee pays for the alert service, not a reservation or a phone.

Are you Apple?

No. iPhone Duo Finder is an independent service by CodeCasa Studios and is not affiliated with Apple Inc. You buy directly from Apple as normal.

Why do you charge in pounds?

We are a UK company, so prices are in GBP everywhere for now. PayPal shows you the converted amount in your own currency before you pay.

How do I stop alerts going to spam?

Alerts come from alerts@iphoneduofinder.com. Add that address to your contacts and mark it as a VIP. On iPhone Mail, open one of our emails, tap the sender and choose Add to VIPs. In Gmail, star the email, mark it as important and move it to the Primary tab (or tap Not spam). In Outlook, add it to Safe senders under Settings > Mail > Junk email. Check your spam or junk folder in the first few days.

Can I get a refund?

No. The £5 or £10 alert fee is non-refundable once paid. It pays for the alert service, not for a phone, and we cannot guarantee stock.
